First choose the designs that you like and click “Add to Cart”. Complete checkout to finalize your order and we will be in touch with you for customization details.

After you place your order we will contact you shortly to request your customization details. Alternatively, you’re welcome to reply to the order confirmation email you received and send your final details with any relevant logos attached.

All text is updated with your information. Design remain as is. Occasionally we’ll change a photo as well, such as the picture of your speaker; but all other graphics remain the same. One round of small text changes is included too.

If you’d like to change the design, please contact us to request a quote on a small design change, or on a new design.

The usual turnaround time is 1 business day (sunday to thursday). If you are ordering a unique custom design (such as a custom logo, custom flyer), we will contact you for your specific details and to discuss your needs.

One round of edits is included at no charge for small text changes. Extra changes will have extra cost. To avoid additional cost, please be sure that the information that you provide is  FINAL so that your piece will be customized accurately.

All flyers are sent as jpg to email provided at checkout, and if needed as pdf for print as well.

All designs available for customization are shown on our store. We’re adding more designs sometimes so feel free to check back again. If this is more time sensitive, contact us for a quote on creating the custom design you need. You can check our main design website for more information about new design works.

Each item is provided in one size only, as ordered, and/or with same proportions files. But if you need different format than item shown, for example square format for social media, or landscape format for facebook event banner, or rollup, feel free to contact us and we’ll provide a quote. Be sure to include the link to the product page in reference and the exact dimensions you’re requesting.

If you contact us before we’ve begun any customization we’ll be happy to refund your order for the sales amount minus 20% initial processing fee. However, once customization has begun, we’re unable to issue a refund.
